Business Talent (Permanent) visa (subclass 132)

This visa allows you to establish a new or develop an existing business in Australia. Contains two streams, Significant Business History Stream (132A) and Venture Capital Entrepreneur Stream (132B).

132 Main Advantages

132 Basic Eligibility 

• Need to be invited to apply through EOI;
• Nominated by an eligible government organisation;
• Applicants and their family members (whether accompanying or not) must met health and conduct requirements.

132A Significant Business History Stream Details:

This visa is for experienced business owners, to operate a new or existing business in Australia. You can stay permanently.

Stay period	Permanent.
What you can do with this visa	operate a new or existing business in Australia; stay in Australia indefinitely; bring family with you.
Requirements	Must: have assets of AUD1.5 million and business turnover of AUD3.0 million; be nominated by an Australian state or territory government; be invited to apply for the visa.
Cost	Main Applicant: From $7,290AUD. Sub Applicant: over 18 years of age: AU $3,645.00; under 18 years of age: AU$ 1,820.00.
Conditions	Not marry before first entry.
Processing times	75% of applications: 21 months; 90% of applications 22 months.

132B Venture Capital Entrepreneur  Stream Details

This visa is for people who have sourced venture capital funding from a member of the Australian Venture Capital Association Limited (AVCAL). The visa lets you operate a new or existing business in Australia. You can stay permanently.

Stay period	Permanent.
What you can do with this visa	establish a new or develop an existing business in Australia; stay in Australia permanently; bring family members with you.
Requirements	have funding of at least AUD 1 million from an Australian venture capital firm; be nominated by an Australian state or territory government; comply with your venture capital agreement.
Cost	Main Applicant: From $7,290 AUD. Sub Applicant: over 18 years of age: AU $3,645.00; under 18 years of age: AU$ 1,820.00.
Conditions	Not marry before first entry.
Processing times	Unavailable due to low volume of applications.
