RRV Case Study 10 Subclass 155

Visa Type
Resident Return Visa (RRV) Subclass 155

Decision Date
13 Jan 2023

Case Summary
The client applied for the renewal of the Resident Return Visa (RRV) Subclass 155 one year after the expiration of the Permanent Residency (PR) visa. After obtaining PR, the client spent the second year in their home country and only returned to Australia twice, each time for 1-2 weeks. At the time of submitting the RRV application, the client did not own any property or have employment in Australia. Additionally, their children were not Australian citizens. The available supporting documents were limited. We assisted the client in preparing a comprehensive explanatory letter detailing her situation, and the visa was successfully granted.
