“I’ve been working in the migration industry for 15 years, and I deeply understand the significant impact this job can have on people’s lives and futures. Although my undergraduate major was Medicine, I’ve found many similarities between immigration consulting and Chinese medicine—both involve diagnosing issues and providing tailored solutions.

However, sometimes applicants and sponsors might feel confused, so I need to explain patiently until they fully understand. In this industry, success relies not only on the ability to handle cases but also on communication skills. I often jokingly tell my colleagues, “If I can sell this to my toughest critic, I can sell it to anyone.” Truly standing in the applicant’s shoes, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing the best solutions is my norm. Thinking from their perspective is not just lip service but a creed I strive to practice in every case. We stand on the same side as the applicants, and only by wholeheartedly considering their interests can we truly provide quality service and achieve the best outcomes for them.”
